Our Services

CRE Pathways delivers wraparound services that remove barriers to success—including healthcare navigation, first-time homebuyer support, job services, mental health resources, and record expungement—because we believe thriving communities start with strong, supported individuals.

Community Managed Care

CRE Pathways provides asthma mitigation services to ensure every community member has access to safe, healthy housing free of harmful environmental triggers. Through education, medication demonstrations, home weatherization, and necessary repairs, we help prevent asthma-related emergencies and support long-term respiratory health.

First Time Homebuyers

Our First-Time Homebuyers Cohort Program offers up to \$25,000 in financial support per participant, paired with credit repair, financial education, and mortgage literacy training. Designed for lower-income individuals, this program empowers participants to overcome barriers and achieve homeownership with confidence and lasting stability.

Career Center and Coaching Services

CRE Pathways’ Job Center services provide one-on-one career coaching, job placement support, resume building, and access to training programs. We connect community members to quality employment opportunities while offering wraparound support to ensure long-term success.

Mental Health and Substance Use Support

CRE Pathways offers mental health and substance use support through referrals, workshops, coaching, and sometimes even therapy. Our healing-centered support groups equip participants with tools to navigate difficult circumstances, build resilience, and foster long-term wellness.
