International Faith Based Coalition

International Faith Based Coalition was founded in 2009 by Dr. Bishop Ronnie D. Allen, a Sacramento, California native who understood the importance of tackling substance use/ substance abuse disorders at the root. As a former drug addict himself, through beating his own crack cocaine addiction, he realized that many substance abuse disorders had underlying behavioral health causes as a result of being from disadvantaged communities and/or demographics. For this reason, International Faith Based Coalition serves as bridge and nonprofit coalition of multi-racial, non-partisan, non-political, religious and community-based organizations, law enforcement agencies, as well as businesses and concerned individuals working together in housing, education, drugs abuse prevention, as well as small business advocacy and economic development. We strive to close the economic and achievement gap experienced in disadvantaged communities through a one stop shop resource hub designed to address “Whole family” and “whole community” needs.

We aim to make the resources easily accessible by placing resources and counselling centers in the core of much needed communities with a special emphasis on bridging the gap between communities, resources, and law enforcement. By this, community members will have unlimited equal access to the many resources that can put their lives back in motion.
